Banana & Almond Butter

Almond Butter and a banana.  Yes, so simple, so perfect.  The nutty almond butter with sweet banana equals a delicious BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS!  I can eat this in the morning, go on a 2100-meter swim, and stay satisfied until lunch

I LOVE starting my morning this way!

Yields 1 delicious serving.

Nutrition Information:  180 calories, 26g carbs, 8g fat, 5g protein, 0mg Cholesterol, 1mg Sodium, 13g sugar, 5g fiber

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Bananas - Raw, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
  • 1 tablespoon Maranatha - All Natural Raw Almond Butter

 

Directions:

  1. Peel banana.
  2. Measure almond butter and put it on banana.
  3. Enjoy!
