Banana & Almond Butter ~ Island Style

 

This is my BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS!  I can eat this in the morning, go on a 2100-meter swim, and stay satisfied until lunch.  There is something so perfect about the sweet banana, nutty almond butter, and frisky coconut.

I LOVE starting my morning this way!




Yields 1 delicious serving.

Nutrition Information:  204 calories, 27g carbs, 11g fat, 5g protein, 0mg Cholesterol, 2mg Sodium, 14g sugar, 5g fiber

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Bananas - Raw, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
  • 1 tablespoon Maranatha - All Natural Raw Almond Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Shredded Organic Coconut

 

Directions:

  1. Peel banana.
  2. Measure almond butter and shredded coconut.
  3. Put almond butter on banana and sprinkle coconut.
  4. Enjoy!
