This is my BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS! I can eat this in the morning, go on a 2100-meter swim, and stay satisfied until lunch. There is something so perfect about the sweet banana, nutty almond butter, and frisky coconut.

Ingredients:
- Bananas - Raw, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
- 1 tablespoon Maranatha - All Natural Raw Almond Butter
- 2 teaspoons Unsweetened Shredded Organic Coconut
Directions:
- Peel banana.
- Measure almond butter and shredded coconut.
- Put almond butter on banana and sprinkle coconut.
- Enjoy!
